Better Built

Solid Mainframe

A Loader Mainframe needs to balance Strength while providing good visibility around it. We use Solid Plate in our loader arms to provide the maximum strength while minimizing being obstructive. Solid Arms are better at handling shock and material fatigue (which is why solid plate is used in Wheel Loaders) while providing the operator with maximum visibility.

built like wheel loader, miller loaders are are built with solid mainframe instead of 2 to better withstand metal fatigue.

Solid Plate Mainframe

Solid Plate Mainframe

With solid plate loader arms it is literally built like a Wheel Loader. Solid Plate Arms better resist metal fatigue and shock for a longer life.

Greater Visiblility

Greater Visiblility

Using solid plate rather than tube allows for a lower profile giving the operator greater visibility.

Miller Style

Quick Attach

The default miller loader quick attach for GP, GL and P Models. Dimensions will be vary.
Miller Quick attach dimenstions will vary
Larger Top Load Bar

Larger Top Load Bar

We use a larger diameter bar for our top load bar. This provides us with more strength along with the larger diameter giving more weld area for us to better attach our vertical rib stiffeners

Horizontal Rib Plates

Horizontal Rib Plates

These rib plates provide us more lateral stability while also providing more area to weld our ribs and load bar together. This helps reduce flexing and cracking over time.

Thicker Rib Material

Thicker Rib Material

With more material to withstand the shock and stress, our heavier ribs are better able to handle loads over a longer period of time.
